Residence Voyta is located in the centre of Prague in a quiet street Vojtesska behind the National Theatre in a completely reconstructed apartment house (three flats are located in adjoining houses).
Thanks to the location of these apartments you will be able to reach all main sights by foot. Wenceslas square, The Old Town square or the Charles Bridge are not further than a five minute walk. The same counts for all main theatre houses as well as numerous galleries. The Prague Castle and other sights can be easily reached by tram or by subway.

The studio A is located on the fourth floor which is the attic - there is an elevator in the house but it runs only till the third floor. The windows are facing the courtyard.

The studio consist of one bed / living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a small hallway. It has a surface of 28 sq.m. It is equipped with a double bed, TV with satellite reception, Wi-Fi internet connection, cooling fan, refrigerator, electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen sink and other cooking equipment.

The studio B is located on the third floor with elevator. The windows are facing the courtyard.

The studio consist of one bed / living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. It has a surface of 32 sq.m. It is equipped with two single beds which can be pushed together or separated, TV with satellite reception, Wi-Fi internet connection, refrigerator, electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen sink and other cooking equipment.

The apartment A is located on the third floor with elevator. The windows are facing the street Vojtesska.

The apartment is composed of one bedroom / living room, a second bedroom, a big kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet and a small hallway. Its total space is 80 sq.m. First bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a sofa convertible to another extra bed and second with two single beds which can be pushed together or separated. Other equipment include TV with satellite reception, Wi-Fi internet connection, refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen sink and other cooking equipment.

The apartment C is located on the fifth floor with elevator in the house Na Struze 7 (just accross the street).

The apartment is composed of one bedroom /living room with kitchenette, a second bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Its total space is 65 sq.m.

First bedroom is equipped with two single beds on the wooden loft and second with two single beds side by side. Other equipment include TV with satellite reception, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen sink and other cooking equipment.

Being in the center means that you'll be able to choose from a number of restaurants and café's in the neighborhood. You can sit-down in pleasant St.Vojtech Café right in the street, the famous brewery U Fleku offers its unique beer brand as well as Czech cuisine in the brewery restaurant ever since it has been established in 1492, or you can choose French, Italian or American cuisine, all without having to walk for more than 3 minutes.

Secure parking is possible in the Vaclavske garages in the street Vaclavska 18 (600 metres from the apartments, from Charles Square take street Resslova in direction to the river and turn left to the first street - its Vaclavska), it cost 400 CZK per day.
