Patanka was originally a wine growing homestead surrounded by south slopes of Patanka and Podbaba that were cropped by quality grapevine. This quiet place with pleasant history has been rebuilt and reconstructed to Guest House Patanka.
Our guest house is located two bus stops (No.107,116,147 & 160) from the underground station Dejvicka (line A). It is approx.10-15 minutes from Dejvicka station and 25-30 minutes from the centre of Prague by public transport. The airport is also not far from the house - approx. 15-20 minutes by car.

We offer accommodation in our 14 newly reconstructed double or twin bed rooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet and TV with satellite reception. These rooms are located on the ground floor. The price of these rooms include a rich buffet breakfast which is served each morning in our breakfast room.

We also offer budget accommodation in twelve double to quadruple rooms with shared bathrooms. There are 3 double bed rooms, 7 triple bed and 2 quadruple bed rooms. These rooms are located on the first floor as well as a common kitchen / dinning room where you can prepare your meal yourself. You can also order a buffet breakfast for 100 CZK per person, served in the breakfast room on the ground floor.

In the attic (2nd floor) are located two meeting rooms: a classroom for up to 30 persons and second smaller room suitable for various social or business meetings.

We also have two terraces for a pleasant relaxation or for your grill parties and barbecues.

Secure parking is available in our backyard (even for buses) and is included in the price. Our reception desk is located on the ground floor and its working hours are 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. If you plan a later arrival than 10:00 PM, please let us know it in advance and we will arrange it.
Wi-Fi Internet connection in all rooms.

Payment & Cancellation Conditions:

We don't charge any deposit, prepayment or booking fee, you can pay directly in the hotel by credit card or in cash. Only if you don't arrive or cancel less than two days before arrival, the amount corresponding to the price for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card. In case of a group booking the conditions will be settled individually.

  • Prague 6 - Dejvice, Vitezne namesti
  • from Vitezne namesti down the street Jugoslavských partyzanu in Roztoky and Suchdol direction
  • after approx. 1 km, continue along Crown Plaza hotel and a terminal tram station down to Podbabska street
  • after approx. 100 m, turn left to Pod Patankou street. (Gas station can be seen at the right-hand side, Podbabska street leads under railway bridges in forward direction). Take Pod Patankou street to a railway under-bridge that is to the very left side!
  • turn left right behind the under-bridge to the gradient into Patanka street
  • after approx. 150 m, you can see the Guest House on Patanka street

  • get off the underground railway at „Dejvická" station of line A
  • walk up the stone staircase from the railway platform, turn left in the lobby to a bus station in Suchdol and Lysolaje direction
  • take a bus no. 107, 116, 147 or 160 to the second stop „Ve Struhach" - approx. 3 min
  • once you get off the bus, continue left to Pod Patankou street. (You can see a gas station at the right-hand side right beside Podbabska street leads under railway bridges). Go under a railway bridge on Pod Patankou street that is to the very left side!
  • turn left right behind the under-bridge to the gradient into Patanka street
  • after approx. 150 m, you can see the Guest House on Patanka street
